The Doulton company originated in London in 1815 and has been making some of the finest collectible figurines since then. Queen Victoria was a fan of the Doulton figurines and fine china, and in 1901 King Edward VII honored the Doulton company by giving it the Royal Warrant and allowing the company to re-name itself “Royal Doulton.”
Royal Doulton figurines include beautiful renditions of people of all ages, but also included in the Royal Doulton line are figurines featuring pets and whimsical characters.
