The Jim Shore angel figurine is beautifully designed. It is a stone resin figurine that is colorfully hand painted. The July angel boasts a ruby necklace with a sparkling, ruby hued, Swarovski stone. (July’s birthstone is a ruby.) This sweet angel makes a perfect gift for anyone born in July. Actually, even if you aren’t a July baby, she is a perfect decorative collectible for you home during the entire summer. Fourth of July and Memorial Day are days that simply scream out for the patriotic red, white, and blue colors!

The Jim Shore July Angel carries a flower basket on her arm that is filled with larkspurs. The top of her dress is red with a broad white collar and a white sash. Her bodice is an amazingly beautifully-designed swirl of blue leaves in different tones, with reddish flowers, as well as larkspurs in white with green leaves that match her basket flowers. At the base of her skirt you’ll find the month July, written in her shirt color red.

Her wings are large and white, extending out from behind her shoulders. Her long flowing, beautiful auburn locks cascade softly onto her shoulders, landing in voluminous curls which set off her pink-hued cheeks and lovely face. Her basket is full and straw-like. The color of her halo compliments the gold toned, rope-like chain of her necklace holding her center piece round Swarovski stone.

Jim Shore’s July figurines also include Tinker Bell holding July’s flower, the larkspur. Around Tinker Bell’s neck is a a ruby charm, which of course is July’s birthstone. Her wings, bodice, and the July stand all have Jim’s traditional quilting patterns in beautiful colors to coordinate with both the larkspur and the ruby.

As mentioned before, the Jim Shore collectibles collection has many Fourth of July and other patriotic days featuring the red, white, and blue.
