Hallmark Card Studio allows the user to create personal greeting cards from the comfort of his/her own home. The first edition of the software came out in June of 1999. The newest editions are the Card Studio 2011 and Card Studio 2011, and both were released on November 21010.

Hallmark Card Studio Deluxe offers the user the choice of more than 11,000 cards and other creative projects, which include calendars, certificates, envelopes, gift boxes, gift tags, mini albums, photo cubes, photo frames and scrapbook pages. All are supported by over 18,000 premium images and over 8,000 sentiments. The program also has photo software included with it.
In comparison to the first edition, Hallmark Card Studio 3.0, contained just over 6700 cards and 1100 images. The original program contained only photo placement software with no editing capability. That’s progress!
